Buddy/Den glitch?

I'm her buddy and I'm in my den but I can't get in hers?? She's at her den..Hmm

Oh and I think I figured out the deal with screenshot....Only big pictures

    Lol uhhh I think it's cause you're at her den? If you aren't then that's kind of like a glitch that happened to me..
